Berry or fuchsia toned versatile poncho that slips over the head and can be worn also as a shawl or scarf. Made of devoré (burnout) velvet, the fabric is sheer silk chiffon backing dyed magenta, contrasting with a shimmering rayon velvet pattern of Gingko leaves.
It has been hand painted with dyes using washes of color making each piece one-of-a-kind.
This fabric is washed as part of the burnout and dying and process and so is washable in a cold, gentle cycle after wear. Following with a hot drying cycle will add to its softness.
