A pattern of Lily Pads in devoré (burnout) velvet. The sheer silk chiffon backing was dyed black. The pile was hand painted with more dyes.
• Washable:
This scarf was pre-washed as part of the dying and hand-painting process. A cold, gentle wash cycle followed by a hot dryer will add to its softness. It may be ironed on the reverse side. All natural materials make it luxuriously soft.

The sewn helms are rolled-edges.
